Painting of the Day: All Mine!

Today is my dear friend Glen Porter's Birthday!
Glen and I go way back to fourth grade. Even though we haven't seen each other in a while, she's out there racing her BMW with boyfriend Juan and living life to its fullest.
You go girl!

Happy Birthday! XO Deb

Time Flies!

Painting of the Day: My baby sister going for a swim. Sold

Last weekend my brothers and I went on a road trip from Oakland to Carson City to surprise our sister for her 49th birthday. She was surprised and it was a really great time to reconnect with her and her husband Bryan's family. The painting above is her birthday present. That's her, back in the day, adjusting her mask in her "babying suit". So cute!!! I love you sis! I enjoyed the weekend. XXOO.

Trees #1

Painting of the Day: Early Morning Light.

This is a sketch I did one morning in Palm Desert. We were in town for my daughters soccer tournament. After dropping her off at the field, I stopped to capture this scene before the light changed. Her club team won. It was a great weekend.

Fall #1

Painting of the Day: Mini Pumpkin Still Life
Click here to bid on this painting.

I've slacked off on my daily painting post because of christmas paintings and commissions. I can't post the paintings I've been working on because they're secret. I'll show them after the holidays. Meanwhile: I'll try to do a better job at keeping up the daily painting post. Did you hear that whip cracking?
